Brundall Village Park

Brundall Parish Council is excited to announce that we are in the process of issuing an Invitation to Tender for professional design services for the new Brundall Village Park, which will include a Village Green (3 hectares) and Country Park (7 hectares). This follows extensive community consultation, including surveys and discussions as part of the Neighbourhood Plan results.

The land for the project is being made available from a current housing development and will be transferred to Brundall Parish Council for community use. Funding for the design and delivery of the project will be provided through developer contributions.

Invitation to tender – OPEN

The Council is seeking a qualified design contractor to create plans for accessible pathways, informal recreation areas, sensitive landscaping, and proportionate parking, while ensuring the spaces enhance biodiversity, support wellbeing, and foster a strong sense of community. The Village Green and Country Park will be designed as separate commissions in line with S106 requirements. Design work will be carried out in 2026, with construction and installation scheduled for a later stage. Tenderers are asked to submit proposals detailing their approach, methodology, and cost management to ensure the project is deliverable within the fixed budgets and timelines.
